If I am not available when your call comes in, please leave a voice mail. I will call you back as quickly as possible, usually within one hour. If possible, please leave a detailed message so that I can have information or answers ready when I return your call.
If you use email, it is a great way to keep in touch. Email has the automatic benefit or written records and reminders, so I don’t have to write down so many notes.
How often would you like to hear from me?
I ask my clients to let me know how often, and by what means, they would like to hear from me. Everyone has different expectations. Some want to hear as frequently as daily, others only when there is something to report.
It is my policy to call or email each client every Monday/Tuesday. Beyond that, I like to tailor communications to your specific requests. Once again, if you use email, that is a great way for me to send you frequent updates without always interrupting you with phone calls.
Once we have a contract in place, I will be updating you far more frequently. Once we are within two weeks of closing, I will update you daily.
When you are my client, you will never wonder what is going on!
